The following suggestions can only serve to help you avoid the temptation; mere methods aren’t the answer. Christ is the answer. This is by far the most important thing you can do to combat against lust issues. Spending time with God and in his Word draws you closer to the Lord both in knowledge and relationally. Read your bible. Get to know the God you call on as your savior. When your mind and heart are focused on Him it is going to make it harder to fall into sin.

Christians aren’t meant to go through life without the support of the church. A supportive, encouraging body of believers can help walk with you through your life, when it’s good and bad.
